Rental Information
Lake Gaston Americamps does not rent recreational equipment, including boats, kayaks, or golf carts. There are a few businesses in the area that make them available.
Pontoon Boats & Kayaks
If you are interested in renting a pontoon boat or kayak during your stay please contact one of the following:

Note: Holly Grove Marina is just 1/4 mile from us. They offer a full bait/tackle shop along with a food grill for lunch. Call in orders accepted (434) 636-3455.
Fishing licenses are required. A valid license for Virginia or North Carolina permits fishing in “the lake” in either state, from boats or shore, in waters accessible by boat. No license is required for those under 16 years of age.
Golf Carts
You can bring your own golf cart. The cost is $10 a day (cash). You must also provide insurance. Gas and electric golf carts allowed only.
ATVs or side by sides (off road vehicles)
These vehicles are not allowed at Lake Gaston Americamps due to insurance restrictions.
