2008 Entertainment & Activity Schedule

This schedule is subject to change & have additions to it. Please check frequently for updates!

March:

  • March 15th. - St. Patrick's Day Party - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m. in the Pavilion with R&R Entertainment.

  • March 22nd. - Children's Crafts in Pavilion at 2:00 p.m.

  • March 23rd. - Easter Egg Hunt - 12:00 p.m.

April:

  • April 19th. - Golf Cart Scavenger Hunt - 6:00 p.m., starts at Store.

  • April 26th. - Couples Fishing Tournament - 7:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. - $10.00 Entry Fee per couple...biggest fish wins pot! Sign up in office by April 20th.

May:

  • May 3rd. - Golf Cart Poker Run starts at 5:00 p.m. at Store. Ends at Pavilion around 7 p.m. for Cookout & Pot Luck Dinner...bring a Dish or Dessert. Sign up in office by April 30th.

  • May 10th. - Pool Opens!

  • May 11th. - Free Coffee & Donuts at Store for MOMS! 8:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m.

  • May 24th. - Yard Sale at Front Entrance - 7:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.

  • May 24th. - Children's Crafts in Pavilion - 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.

  • May 24th. - Tug Of War in Field....For All Ages...3:00 p.m.

  • May 24th. - Langston Productions DJ/LIGHT SHOW in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m till 11:00 p.m.

  • May 25th. - Yard Sale at Front Entrance - 7:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.

  • May 25th. - Golf Cart Parade at 5:00 p.m. - Decorate in your best STARS & STRIPES items available in Store.

  • May 25th. - Family Bingo in Pavilion - 7:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m.

  • May 31st. - David Allen Karaoke in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

June:

  • June 7th. - David Allen Karaoke in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

  • June 13th. - Fun By The Fire at Community Fire Pit at 8:00 p.m....bring your marshmallows!

  • June 14th. - Langston Productions DJ/LIGHT SHOW in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.....TOGA THEME....wear your best toga!

  • June 15th. - Free Coffee & Donuts for DADS! - 8:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m at Store.

  • June 21st. - Craft & Flea Market in Pavilion - 8:00 a.m. till 2 p.m.

  • June 21st. - David Allen Karaoke in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

  • June 22nd. - Craft & Flea Market in Pavilion - 8:00 a.m till 12:00 p.m.

  • June 28th. - Langston Productions DJ/LIGHT SHOW in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

July:

  • July 4th. - Yard Sale at Front Entrance - 7:00 a.m till 2:00 p.m.

  • July 4th. - GREASED WATERMELON CONTEST at Boat Ramp at 3:00 p.m. - $1.00 per person....Winner Gets Money!

  • July 5th. - Yard Sale at Front Entrance - 7:00 a.m till 2:00 p.m.

  • July 5th. - Children's Crafts in Pavilion - 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.

  • July 5th. - Golf Cart Parade at 6:00 p.m. - LUAU THEME - Decorate Your Best Beach Style!

  • July 5th. - Langston Productions DJ/LIGHT SHOW in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.   Beach Party Theme!

  • July 12th. - Americamps BEAUTY CONTEST in Pavilion at 6:30 p.m. for both Men & Women. Come & Compete to voted Americamps "MOST BEAUTIFUL!"

  • July 12th. - David Allen Karaoke in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m till 11:00 p.m.

  • July 19th. - TEEN LUAU POOL PARTY w/Langston Productions DJ/LIGHT SHOW - ages 12-18 from 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

  • July 19th. - Langston Productions in Pavilion for all other ages - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

  • July 26th. - BIRTHDAY WEEKEND - We are celebrating everyone's birthday that we miss during the year. Join us for cake & ice cream in Pavilion at 6:00 p.m. Everyone Welcome!

  • July 26th. - David Allen Karaoke in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

August:

  • Aug. 2nd. - David Allen Karaoke in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

  • Aug. 9th. - Craft & Flea Market in Pavilion - 8:00 a.m till 2:00 p.m

  • Aug. 9th. - Langston Productions DJ/LIGHT SHOW "Down on the Farm Party" in the field near Chapel. Come for a DOWN HOME GOOD TIME! 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

  • Aug. 16th. - David Allen Karaoke in Pavilion - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

  • Aug. 23rd. - Paradise Journey Presents "A Hawiian Luau" at 7:30 p.m. in field in front of Pavilion. Come join us for a great show! Followed by R&R Entertainment from 8:30 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

  • Aug. 30th. - Yard Sale at Front Entrance - 7:00 a.m till 2:00 p.m.

  • Aug. 30th. - HORSESHOE TOURNAMENT starts at 9:00 a.m. Sign up in office by 8:00 p.m. Friday Aug. 29th.

  • Aug. 30th. - Children's Crafts in Pavilion - 11:00 a.m till 1:00 p.m.

  • Aug. 30th. - Golf Cart Parade starts at 6:00 p.m. "ARRRGH MATEY" Decorate with your best pirate gear.....then walk the plank to the Pavilion for Langston Productions DJ/LIGHT SHOW from 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m. where we'll carry on the pirate theme!

  • Aug. 31st. - Yard Sale at Front Entrance - 7:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.

  • Aug. 31st. - Egg Toss in field near Chapel at 3:00 p.m.

  • Aug. 31st. - FAMILY BINGO in Pavilion from 7:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m.

September:

  • Sept. 27th. - Golf Cart Poker Run starts at 5:00 p.m. at Store, ends at Pavilion around 7:00 p.m. for Cookout & Pot Luck Dinner. Bring a Dish or Dessert. Sign up in office by Sept. 20.th.

October:

  • Oct. 25th. - Site Decorating Contest - Sign up in office. Judging at 3:00 p.m.

  • Oct. 25th. - Halloween Golf Cart Parade/Hay Ride for the Kids with Trick or Treating. Starts 4:00 p.m. in office.

  • Oct. 25th. - Americamps "HAUNTED MORGUE" opens at 5:00 p.m.

  • Oct. 25th. - Kids Costume Contest, ages 0-12 at 6:30 p.m.; Teen Costume Contest, ages 13-18 at 7:00 p.m.; Adult Costume Contest at 7:30 p.m.

  • Oct. 25th. - HALLOWEEN BASH w/David Allen Karaoke - 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.

November:

  • Nov. 29th. - Annual Soup & Chili Dinner in Pavilion at 4:00 p.m.

December:

  • Dec. 31st. - Pot Luck Dinner at 5:00 p.m. NEW YEARS EVE BASH w/Langston Productions following dinner. Come Count Down the New Year With Us!
