Lake Gaston Americamps wants you to have an enjoyable visit at our campground. Our policies & rules are designed to promote a relaxed & enjoyable environment for all who camp with us. To serve the interests of our campground as a whole, these rules are strictly enforced. We reserve the right to evict immediately anyone violating these rules, creating a disturbance to others or destroying any campground property and no refund will be given! Notice to Guest: This property is privately owned and operated and the management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest.

CHECK-IN TIME is
2:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
MAIN GATE closes
at 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
QUIET HOURS -
12:00 midnight to 7:00 am - All children under age of 18 yrs old
MUST BE ON THEIR SITE BY 10:00 pm unless accompanied by a parent. No
loud music or offensive behavior will be allowed at anytime.
ALL VISITORS
must stop at office upon arrival to obtain a visitors pass...any
fees due are required to be paid prior to parking at site.
SPEED LIMIT - 5
miles an hour unless otherwise marked. Avoid unnecessary driving
around campground Motorcycles may be ridden to and from site only.
WASTE WATER is
not permitted on the ground. Use of sewer collar is required on all
sewer sites. (VA state law)
TRASH -
Overnight and weekly guest may leave their trash in front of your
site for daily pick up.
ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES are permitted on your site, but must be in a cup or
bottles/cans must be in a koozie. The Virginia drinking age is 21 -
NO underage drinking will be tolerated.
PETS should be
leashed at all times. You are responsible for your pet. You must
clean up after your pet. Dogs are to be kept quiet. Dogs are not
allowed to be left unattended. See additional pet policies on check
in sheet.
SWIMMING is
permitted only for registered campers. Rules are posted at pool.
Pool hours are 10:00 am till store closing time. No children under
the age of 14 are permitted inside the pool area without supervision
of parent or guardian. A proper swimsuit is required. NO DRINKS,
FOOD, FOUL LANGUAGE, HORSEPLAY, OR SMOKING PERMITTED IN POOL AREA.
COURTESY is
contagious; please give your neighbor yours. Please respect others
by not walking or driving through their site.
SCOOTERS
(electric or gas) are not permitted unless for handicap purposes.
FIRES are
permitted in the fire ring provided at your site. Fire rings must
remain where you find them; please drown your fire before bedtime or
when you leave your site.
WOOD is
available in the camp store for sale. Never cut a tree limb or
shrub.
FIREARMS,
FIREWORKS, LETHAL WEAPONS OR EXPLOSIVES of any kind are prohibited.
PICNIC TABLES -
one per site - no grills on picnic tables please.
CHILDREN - All
small children must be under adult supervision at all times!
REFUNDS - NO
... SORRY!
