Support Our Troops Amvets come in every holiday weekend and sell raffle tickets for many different wonderful prizes. Tickets are only sold in Americamps and the winners are drawn on the Sunday of the holiday weekend. 100% of proceeds will go toward packages to our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan and to help our veterans programs. Your donations help us to serve such programs as active duty & retired veterans, Wounded Warriors, hospitalized veterans, hope for homeless veterans, and help inform discharged veterans of their benefits. Our volunteers work hard to support our military & community throughout the year. It is your contributions that keep these programs active and allow us to serve. On Memorial Day 2010, we raised $1600.00. Our goal for 4th of July was $1800.00 and we made it! Our goal for Labor Day 2010 is $2000.00, please help us make it!
