We allow campfires. Each site has a fire ring. Fire rings on waterfront sites must stay where they are placed. They may not be moved closer to the water according to the guidelines of the Lake Gaston Water Authority.

We do have a burn ban in the state of Virginia from

February 15th through April 30th of each year.

During that time, fires are regulated from 4 p.m. till 12 midnight.

We have bundles of firewood for sale in the campground store.
